I take a functional, root-cause approach to nutrition and health. That means I don’t just look at what you’re eating — I look at how your body is responding to it, and what lifestyle, hormonal, or metabolic factors might be at play.

I work collaboratively with your GP and other health practitioners where appropriate, and I always operate clearly within my scope of practice. My goal is to complement your existing healthcare team, not replace it.

Conventional blood tests look for disease. Functional blood chemistry analysis goes further — looking at patterns and markers that indicate trends toward dysfunction before they become disease. I operate clearly within my scope of practice and work alongside your GP and other healthcare providers where clinical input is required. Referrals for bloodwork and pathology testing can be facilitated in conjunction with your GP.
